The claim in appeal as well as the amount of compensation are small and therefore this court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal on the ground of smallness of claim. First Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. However, this may not be treated as a precedent. No order as to costs. In view of the above, Civil Application also stands disposed of accordingly.
