1.0 This Court on 12.01.2012 passed the following order:

"

In view of leave-note of Ms. Mehta, ld. Advocate, as a last chance, S.O to 19.01.2012. On the next if she is not able to conduct the matter, she will make alternative arrangement."

2.0 Inspite of aforesaid order neither learned advocate for the appellant has remained present nor she has made alternative arrangement to conduct the matter. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default.
