JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 08.12.2011, this Court had passed the following order:
"Learned counsel for the appellant/s to take action qua unserved respondents within two weeks failing which matter shall stand dismissed qua unserved respondent/s."
In spite of the above, no action is taken qua unserved respondent Nos. 13 and 14.
Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default. Notice is discharged.
