JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel, Mr.Nanavati submitted that unserved expired respondent No.1.2.1 is already deleted before the Tribunal and therefore, he be permitted to delete the unserved expired respondent No.1.2.1 in the present proceedings.
In view of above, unserved expired respondent is permitted to be deleted.
The matter is ready. To be listed for final hearing on 6.2.2012. Connected Civil Applications may not be shown in the Board.
