JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is called out Mr. Trivedi, learned advocate for the respondent is not present. However, with a view to enable Mr. Nanavati, learned advocate for the appellant to supply the Paper Book, as a last chance matter is adjourned to 30.01.2012.
It is made clear that if Mr. Trivedi, learned advocate will not remain present on the next date of hearing, , the matter shall be proceeded ex-parte.
