The present applications are filed for restoration of main matters being First Appeals No.1673/2002 to 1675/2002 which came to be dismissed for default, vide order dated 13.02.2012 by this Court.
In view of the averments made in the applications, the present applications deserve to be allowed. The prayer made in terms of paragraph No.3(A), (B) and (C) is granted. The applications are allowed. The main matters being First Appeals No.1673/2002 to 1675/2002 are restored to file. The applicant is directed to take appropriate action qua the unserved respondent/s within a period of one week.
