Issue notice to respondent nos. 1 to 4.
In the facts of the present case, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that the Appellant-Insurance Company be directed to deposit the amount as awarded under the award dated 12th March, 2010 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal concerned within four weeks from today. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal shall release 50% of the amount awarded in favour of the claimants without insisting upon any security and the remaining 50% shall be released on furnishing security other than cash or bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The amount deposited along with the present first appeal from order may be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for adjustment against the amount required to be deposited under this order.
