1. Order in First Appeals:
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the appellant, so also, considering the impugned judgment and award dated 23/10/2012 rendered by the tribunal, it appears that the appeals deserve consideration and hence, admitted.
2. Order in Civil Applications:
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant, so also, considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the tribunal, Rule, returnable on 20th February 2013. In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of Para 6(i) of each Civil Application, on the condition that, on or before the returnable date, the applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount together with the proportionate costs and interest with the tribunal.
3. Mr.
MTM Hakim, learned advocate has appeared on Caveat, for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 i.e. the original claimants. He waives service of notice of admission in each First Appeal as well as service of notice of rule in each Civil Application on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 original claimants.
