( Ref: Civil Misc. Application ) If the amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company has met with the award, the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited be refunded to the Insurance Company as per its application made herein.
Earlier counsel appearing on behalf of United India Insurance Company Limited has passed away. Sri Mahesh Kumar Yadav-Advocate has filed Vakalatnama for United India Insurance Company Limited today which is taken on record.
The appeal be defiled from the record of the High Court.
