1. Learned advocate Mr. Paresh M. Darji, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, produced on record the letter dated 16/12/2012, annexing therewith the Postal Receipt as well as the Postal Acknowledgment, addressed to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submitted that, as he has not received any instructions from the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, he has written the said letter informing them that he will seek necessary permission to retire from these matters. Accordingly, he requests this Court to permit him to retire from these matters.
2. The request made above, is hereby granted. Learned advocate Mr. Paresh M. Darji is permitted to retire as an advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in First Appeal No. 742 of 2008, Civil Application No. 2228 of 2008 and Cross Objections No. 65 of 2008. The Registry is directed not to show the name of learned advocate Mr. Paresh M. Darji for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the matters. The Registry is further directed to issue Notice to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, returnable on 14th March 2013.
