JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order dated 16.03.2011 in W.C.No.156 of 2009 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II, Hyderabad.
A perusal of the record shows that the dispute was referred to the Lok Adalat and the same was disposed of by award dated 23.11.2013.
The said award is accordingly placed on record and the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed, as no further adjudication of the same is necessary.
As a sequel to closure of the civil miscellaneous appeal, interim order dated 14.06.2011 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.1019 of 2011 shall stand disposed of infructuous.
