Ext.P1 order of assessment is challenged in Ext.P2 appeal and the same is accompanied by Ext.P3 petition for condonation of delay and Ext.P4 petition for stay. The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P5 revenue recovery notice even during the pendency of the appeal and the petitions afore-stated. 2. I direct the second respondent to consider Exts.P3 and P4 petitions with notice to the petitioner within a period of one month. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P5 notice shall be put on hold till the petitions are considered as directed above.
3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the second respondent for compliance.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
