Connect the present petition with Writ Tax No. 478 of 2011, United Chemicals Industries vs. State of U.P. and others.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the assessment year 2004-05, similar proceedings were initiated which were stayed by this Court.
Shri S.P. Kesharwani, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel may obtain instructions within a week.
List this petition along with Writ Tax Nos. 478 of 2011and 464 of 2010 on 5th April, 2012.
Till the next date, the proceedings in pursuance of the notices dated 5.3.2012 may go on but no final order will be passed.
