JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.07.2016, made in W.P.(MD)No.12789 of 2016.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the respondent in Roc.No.C3/27889/2015 dated 20.04.2017 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.07.2016, has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledged the same.
3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
