K. M. Joseph, J. The question which arises for consideration in this case is as to from what date the benefit of the pay revision to the pensioners who retired prior to 1/1/2006, is to be given effect.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent would point out that similar matters have been dismissed by this court. She brings to our notice the judgment in O.P.(CAT) No.4/2014. Following the same, this original petition stands dismissed.
