Union vs Pranjivandas

After the matter was argued for some time, it is requested by learned counsel, Mr.Mahesh Shah for placing the matter before the Lok Adalat or any such forum for amicable settlement, to which, learned counsel, Mrs.Krishna Rawal appearing for the appellant-Union of India has no objection.

It goes without staying that when such matter is placed before the Lok Adalot or any other forum, it would be considered in a pragmatic and positive manner.
