(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) After elaborate arguments on the basis of material placed before the tribunal and before this Court, learned counsel could not persuade the Court to hold that the view taken by Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Ahmedabad, was in any way perverse or illogical. On the contrary, as stated in the impugned order dated 16th November 2012, the tribunal is stated to have carefully gone through the documents and pleadings and found that a proper comparative statement had been made by the respondents, which was also transparent and fair, as far as the claim of the applicant for compassionate appointment was concerned. After going through relevant material, once again we confirm the view taken by the tribunal, and hence, the petition is summarily dismissed.
