(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned advocate Mr. Mrugen K. Purohit appearing for the appellant submitted that as is learnt from Mr. R.D. Dave, who appears for respondent No.2, that the respondent No.2 has expired. It is also learnt by the learned advocate for the appellant that respondents Nos. 4 and 5 have also expired. In that view of the matter, now the Rule remains unserved only qua respondents Nos. 3, 13, 14 and 15. Learned advocate for the appellant requests that Registry be directed to issue fresh process of Rule with a little longer date to enable to serve respondents Nos. 3, 13, 14 and 15. The request is granted. Registry is directed to issue fresh process of Rule to respondents Nos. 3, 13, 14 and 15. Direct service is permitted.
