Union vs Joshi

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) In this petition, in relief (A), vires of Explanation to Section 80-IB(9) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, has been challenged. Therefore, this matter is required to be listed before a Division Bench having jurisdiction to hear the matters, where vires of any provision of the Act has been challenged. Office is directed to list this matter before appropriate Bench at the earliest.
