1. By this application, the applicant seeks permission to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1- Harilal Ramji as respondents No.1/1 to 1/4.
2. Heard Mr. N.S. Shevade, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. A.R. Thacker, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the proposed heirs.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application, it is apparent that the respondent No.1 - Harilal Ramji has expired on or about 17th April, 2008 during the pendency of the civil revision application. Hence, his heirs and legal representatives are required to be brought on record.
4. The application is, therefore, allowed. The heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 - Harilal Ramji as described in paragraph 3 of the memorandum of application are permitted to be brought on record of the civil revision application.
5. Registry to amend the cause title accordingly. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
