BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES (Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It appears that by typographical error, the order dated 28.08.2012 allowing the application was to be typed and transcribed in Civil Application No.9348/12 and not in Civil Application No.9347/12.
In the same manner, the order dated 28.08.2012 of Rule returnable which is recorded in Civil Application No.9348/12 was to be transcribed and recorded in Civil Application No.9347/12 since Mr.Nair for Ms.Nanavati did not appear in Civil Application No.9347/12.
Hence, correction be carried out accordingly. Note disposed of.
