Union vs Daulatrai

Learned counsel, Ms.R.V. Acharya has placed on record a communication dated 17.02.2012 pursuant to the earlier order dated 05.03.2012, which reveals that the premises in question has been vacated since 29.05.2005 and the possession has been handed over to the respondent, Daulatrai Chhotubhai Desai.

In view of the above development, the present First Appeal has become infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
