JUDGMENT / ORDER

K. M. Joseph, J. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the issue raised in this case is covered against the petitioners by virtue of the judgment in O.P.(CAT) No.54/2014.
In the light of this, we dismiss the appeal.
