This review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment in W.P.(C)No.30113/2007. The writ petition was dismissed finding that the point raised is covered against the petitioners by the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C)No.8822/2006. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the judgment in W.P.(C) No.8822/2006 was reviewed by order in R.P.No.167/2008 on 14/11/2008.
We have gone through the order. Since the legal issues are the same and the dismissal of the writ petition was only by relying upon the judgment in W.P.(C)No.8822/2006, this review petition has to be allowed. Accordingly, we allow the review petition. Post the writ petition before the appropriate Bench.
