2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the affected persons are members of Tribal community, a representative action has to be taken.
3. According to us, presently Tribal people are entitled to have free legal aid under Section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. It would be open to the petitioner to guide them to approach the appropriate Court.
4. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
