The issue involved in this writ petition is the same as that of Writ Petition No.75830 of 2010, Union of India through Secretary Ministry of Communication and Other Vs. Krishna Pal Singh.
This writ petition is also decided in the same terms.
The writ petition stands dismissed. The order of Tribunal is upheld.
The respondent shall be entitled to his pension.
