1. Heard, the learned advocate for the appellant applicant. The Speaking to Minutes is allowed. In order dated 14/12/2012, passed in First Appeal No. 3886 of 2012 with Civil Application No. 13650 of 2012, in the first paragraph and in the last paragraph, instead of the words Insurance Company , the words, Union of India, Western Railway , be substituted.
