JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.Purohit, learned Counsel states that the new address of respondent No.3 is received by him and respondent No.14 is in Central Jail, Vadodara undergoing sentence as per the information supplied to him.
Therefore, fresh notice, returnable on 17.1.2013, to both the respondents. The appellant shall be at liberty to serve respondent No.14 through the jail authority. Mr.Purohit shall supply fresh address to the office.
