Shri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. An application to this effect has also been filed supported by affidavit of Divisional Personnel Officer (Law), D.R.M. Office, North Central Railway, Allahabad.
In view of the above, C.M. (Withdrawal) Application No.2 of 2019 is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
