THIS REVIEW PETITION COMING ON FOR HEARING - INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION THIS DAY, NAGARATHNA J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER There is a delay of 535 days in filing the review petition. Nevertheless, we have heard learned counsel for the petitioners on merits.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the delay is on account of bona fide and unintentional reasons. That as against the impugned order dated 27/04/2016, the petitioners herein preferred S.L.P.No.16641/2017 and that by order dated 08/08/2017, the Hon’ble Supreme Court permitted withdrawal of the special leave petition reserving liberty to the petitioners herein to file a review petition. Therefore, the delay may be condoned.
3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that appropriate orders may be made on the application.
4. Being satisfied with the cause shown, delay of 535 days in filing the review petition is condoned.
5. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners on merits. In view of order passed in W.P.Nos.32961-32962/2018 on 14/03/2019 by a Co-
ordinate Bench of this Court, this review petition stands dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the review petition, I.A.No.1/17 is allowed and I.A.No.1/18 stands disposed.
