He submitted that the appellant has decided to implement the impugned award and, therefore, does not want to press the appeal any further. An affidavit sworn by Garrison Engineer, Jhansi to the said effect has been filed in support of the application.
The application is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The order has been passed in presence of Sri Saurabh Singh, learned counsel for respondent, who has no objection to the appeal being dismissed as withdrawn.
