From the order dated 22.03.2007, it is clear that bailable warrant was ordered to be issued against the accused-respondent but from the record it is not clear as to whether any bailable warrant was issued against the accused-respondent or not. So office to report as to whether bailable warrant in compliance of the order dated 22.03.2007 was ever issued against the accused-respondent.
