In this application filed by Union of India through General Manager, North Central Railway, a prayer has been made to serve all the 122 respondents, working as Substitute Parcel Porter at Kanpur Central Railway Station under Allahabad Division of the North Central Railway.
The application is allowed.
Let notices be effected by personal service on all the respondents through the Station Superintendent, Kanpur Central Railway Station. Steps may be taken within three weeks.
