1. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf petitioner is taken on record.
2. Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner. None is present for respondents.
3. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 18.04.2001 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 426 of 2001 filed by claimant-respondent Swami Nath Lal.
4. Tribunal has disposed of the O.A. with direction to the petitioners to protect pay of claimant-respondent in case he is reverted as Group-'D' employee.
5. Counsel for petitioners could not dispute that claimant- respondent Swami Nath Lal retired in 2003 after attaining the age of superannuation and all financial benefits of claimant- respondent were computed and paid to him according to law.
6. In these peculiar facts and circumstances, we do not find any error apparent in judgment of Tribunal for causing interference by this Court.
7. Dismissed accordingly.
