THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, SATYANARAYANA J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER In this proceedings, a memo is filed by the learned counsel who was appearing for the petitioners. The memo dated 22.11.2019 filed by him is accompanied by letter dated 15.11.2019 bearing No.DPBGA2019/A2/WP(Civil) No. /2019(TRB)ADM/ BLR/4616. The said letter which is addressed to the earlier Counsel would indicate that instructions was given to him for withdrawal of this writ petition with immediate effect.
Though, the memo and letter is filed by the then Counsel on 22.11.2019, when this matter has come up before this Court, he is no longer practicing Advocate at the Bar. Hence, by looking into the memo dated 22.11.2019, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous based on the said memo.
