1. Mr. Bhatt, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that present petition has been admitted and required to be heard finally.
2. On perusal of the record it is noticed that under order dated 5th April, 2004 passed by the Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jayant Patel, J.) the rule was issued and the petition was admitted. Under the said order the Court also granted ad-interim relief, which, subsequently came to be confirmed under order dated 28th June, 2004.
3. In this view of the matter, the office is directed to list the petition being Special Civil Application No.4124 of 2004 in the cause list for final hearing and in due course as per its seniority.
