Heard Sri S.C.Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Through this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the Original Suit No. 733 of 2002 ( Union of India and others vs. M/s Natraj Electricals and others) which is stated to be pending.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Original Suit No. 733 of 2002 ( Union of India and others vs. M/s Natraj Electricals and others) pending before respondent no.1 shall be decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, if possible within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of the order of this Court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
