JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Dr. Satish Chandra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Dr. Ashok Nigam, Asstt. Solicitor General of India assisted by Shri Rajendra Singh appears for all the respondents.
The petitioner claims to be Union Secretary of some association, the details of which have not been given in the writ petition. The prayers made by the petitioner have absolutely no connection with the activities of the association and have no relevance to the service conditions of the employees of the respondents.
The allegations made in the writ petition are wholly mischievous and do not require any cognizance to be taken by this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed.
