Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By means of order dated 03.09.2020, this Court had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Gupta (Retd.) as the proposed Arbitrator and had sought his consent in terms of Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
As per the office report dated 27th of January, 2021, a consent letter has been received from the proposed Arbitrator, accordingly in view of this order dated 03.09.2020 the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Gupta (Retd.) is appointed as an Arbitrator who shall consider the dispute and decide the same in accordance with law.
The petition stands allowed. A copy of this order be forwarded to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Gupta (Retd.) for information.
