Under order dated 15.6.2012, notice has been issued to the concerned opponents, however, any reply as yet is not filed by any opponent. It also appears that any steps with reference to converting the land into old tenure and also categorizing it in any other/appropriate zone do not appear to have been taken.
So as to understand what are the problems/difficulties which are causing delay in the process, it appears necessary, more particularly because any details are not coming forth and any affidavit has not been filed, to ask the learned AGP to inform the Dy. Secretary, Revenue Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar and Collector, Junagadh to attend the hearing on the next date so that status of the matter may become clear and if any further clarifications or directions are required, then, appropriate orders can be passed.
So as to enable the opponents to file necessary affidavit placing on record the steps, if any, taken after the order dated 21.2.2012, time is granted.
