1. Heard Mr. Y.F. Mehta, learned advocate, for the applicant.
2. Inspite of earlier orders passed by this Court efforts to serve respondent No.2 have failed.
3. Issue fresh Rule to un-served respondent NO.2 returnable on 27.7.2012.
4. On 16th June, 2011, learned Single Judge (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Jhaveri) passed the following order.
" Issue fresh Rule to the respondent No.2 returnable on 01.07.2011. Direct service is permitted.
It shall be open to the applicant to serve respondent no.2 through the concerned District Superintendent of Police and if direct service of this order is served upon the Office of the concerned District Superintendent of Police, it is expected that the District Superintendent of Police will ensure that the same is served upon respondent no.2."
5. Inspite of the above, respondent No.2 was not served on the ground that he is not found in the address shown in the notices.
6. Again an attempt was made on 10.2.2012 by learned Single Judge (Coram: Hon'ble Ms. Justice Sonia Gokani). Thus, for one or other reasons the notice of this Court has remained un-served. The applicant is hereby directed to furnish the correct address of respondent NO.2 and fresh rule be issued to respondent No.2. Failure to serve the Rule of this Court as issued today on or before 27.7.2012 would entail personal presence of District Superintendent of Police, Anand on 27.7.2012.
