Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.439 of 2020 under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 504, 506 IPC, P.S.
Jasrana, District Firozabad.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the First Information Report has been lodged only in the month of September 2020 and police authorities are under the obligation to do the investigation fairly and expeditiously and if the investigation has already not been completed, the same would be done at the earliest.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the police authorities/ Superintendent of Police, Firozabad to conclude the investigation of the said case fairly, impartially and expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.
