Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.B. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.
Sri K.B. Srivastava has pointed out that the petitioner was employed in Kisan Sewa Sahkari Samiti, Muzaffar Nagar, where he was working as Accountant and his grievance relates to his service tenure in the said Society. This writ petition should be dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties.
The learned counsel for the respondents has also brought to the notice of this Court an order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24.11.2017 in S.L.P. (Civil) No.32977 of 2017, wherein Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the following order:-
"Delay condoned.
This is the sixteenth writ petition filed by the petitioner on the same subject which is dismissed by the High Court.
The petitioner who is present in the Court today makes a solemn statement that he will not file any writ petition on the same subject or similar subject either in the Allahabad High Court or in any other High Court.
It is made clear to the petitioner that in case he violates his statement, he will be liable for punishment under the Contempt of Courts Act.
In view of the statement made by the petitioner, costs imposed are waived. The special leave petition is dismissed."
In view of what has been observed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, this writ petition praying for mandamus to respondent no.3 to pass appropriate order is dismissed.
No order as to cost.
