Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The present application has been filed against the order dated 18.6.2019 by which non-bailable warrants and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C, have been initiated against the applicants.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that non-bailable warrants has been issued against the applicants on 12.8.2015 yet the applicants has not appeared before the court below. There is no explanation for the laches in filing the present application before this Court.
The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
