The petitioners herein seek for quashing of the First Information Report dated 07.04.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0141 of 2021 under Sections 147, 148, 307, 354, 326, 313, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C P.S-Mawana District-Meerut.
From the perusal of the record, it is evident that the present is a cross-FIR.
It is not possible for the Court to decide as to who was the aggressor. It cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out from the First Information Report. The genesis of the incident and the extent of involvement of the petitioners therein, has to be ascertained during the course of investigation.
No good ground is made out for quashing of the First Information Report.
The writ petition is found devoid of merit and hence dismissed.
