Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Kushinagar (Padrauna) to decide Original Suit No. 473 of 2015, Arvind Vs. Umesh and others within a stipulated period.
Suit is of the year 2015. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. No costs.
