1. Rule.
Mr.L.B. Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
This application has been filed by the applicant (Party-in-Person) seeking temporary bail of her husband-convict for a period of 21 days on the ground of repairing of the house.
Considering the facts of the case as also the jail record, the convict is ordered to be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of seven days from the date of his release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Jail Authority, and on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the above period, the convict shall surrender before the concerned Jail Authority forthwith. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
