JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA.
List on 12th July, 2011 in order to enable learned AGA to seek instructions in the matter.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the F.I.R. is a counter-blast to the earlier F.I.R. which was lodged in respect of abduction of the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 and thereafter, present F.I.R. has been lodged in respect of kidnapping of the boy with whom the girl is alleged to have eloped.
In these circumstances, the arrest of the petitioners in Case Crime No. 118 of 2011 under Sections 364/504/506 registered at Police Station.- Paraspur, Distt.- Gonda, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
