Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner complains of encroachment by respondents 6 to 11 over chak road. A complaint in this regard is stated to have been made to the S.D.O.
The petitioner may approach the Tehsildar concerned invoking Sections 25 and 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievances.
In case, an appropriate application invoking the aforesaid sections is filed before the Tehsildar concerned, it is expected that the same shall be dealt with expeditiously.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
