JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 4
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 27369 of 2018 Petitioner :- Umesh Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Sanjeev Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The writ petition is directed for relief in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make re-evaluation/ re-examination of the marksheet.
Learned Standing Counsel states that sufficient opportunity was earlier accorded to the petitioner but no objection was filed vide notification dated 20th November, 2018. The petitioner should have availed that opportunity. Having not availed said opportunity now when the final result has been declared, it does not hold good ground to entertain the writ petition.
Even otherwise, from the pleadings so raised in the writ petition it transpires that no material has been placed to demonstrate as to why the answer-sheet as alleged as has not been properly checked, which is computerized checking system and not manual one to open any gate for mischief.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
